Mama and Da finally got their acts together and christened Brendan. It was very special: we had his Kinnane and McInerney relatives there -- and, since we had a joint ceremony with Henry, we were lucky enough to have the Johnsons join us as well.
While there are certainly spiritual arguments for doing it earlier, as it turns out, there is a practical argument to be made as well. Once the little guys can walk, they are really not interested in being held for as long as this takes.
